This brings new influences, fresh inspirations, and exciting flavors. In its 22 years of existence, Restaurant Ikarus has welcomed more than 270 chefs, showcasing that cooking knows no boundaries. They have traveled from 40 different countries, all bringing their unique philosophies, individual styles, and spectacular menus to Salzburg. The bookazine series »Ikarus. Salzburg Welcomes the World« documents these encounters as well as the collaboratively developed recipes. This year, it presents itself in a new, very special style. In line with the extensive makeover of Red Bull Hangar-7 and Restaurant Ikarus, the bookazine and the digital »Ikarus Experience« have been completely redesigned. Conversations with guest chefs provide deep insights into their stories and working methods; travel tips from the protagonists bring their home regions to life. Additionally, each month features an outstanding product that shines as the centerpiece of the guest chef's menu. Recipes impress with finesse and culinary perfection – inviting you to delve deeper into the world of haute cuisine.
