Yes, for the simple reason an EP Radiator Guard costs a lot less money than a replacement radiator by protecting the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC radiator against damage caused by road and off-road debris, while allowing cooling air to pass through. The Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC radiator consists of aluminium cooling fins and internal core containing pumped coolant - the fins easily bend and can block the passage of air, which could lead to the engine overheating.
