Digitalisation and the associated new sales channels, but also project management, individual customer advice and the topic of financial investments are becoming increasingly important for insurance and financial investment clerks. The training regulations have therefore been adapted to current developments and trends and have been restructured. The implementation guide provides information on the new training content and the new examination structure with a "stretched final examination". It explains the ordinance and the training framework plan and gives examples of learning situations in vocational schools.
